
What to grab:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 scoop of unflavored protein powder (or if you use a chocolate, omit the cacao powder)
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cacao powder
1 cup milk of choice (I tend to use an unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk)
2 dashes peppermint extract
3 drops liquid stevia
What to do:
Mix it all up
